Airline & Airport IT Trends
This study contains the findings of two surveys regarding airline and airport IT trends. The first survey took place during August and September 2021 and presents the key answers of senior IT executives of the top 200 passenger carriers and compiles the views and insights of 30 percent of the 2019 passenger traffic worldwide. The second survey took place in the months of August and September 2021 and analyzes the views of 161 airports, representing 30 percent of the 2019 global passenger traffic.
