The restaurants surveyed include quick service, fast casual and full service restaurants, with operations spanning global corporations, national brands, and regional chains. The survey tracks technology investments in restaurants, looking at tech budgets, technologies currently in use and restaurant plans to roll them out, as well front of house and back of house uses for technology in the restaurant industry.
