Foodservice Trends in the United States 2016

This report presents the results of a survey completed by 713 foodservice operations from various demographics, including convenience stores, care facilities, colleges and universities, travel accommodations and restaurants. The study looks into trends predicted by foodservice operators such as items of high sales growth potential, the day-parts expected to see sales growth as well as the leading challenges to business growth.
