Fuels for Electric Plants

This publication provides information concerning the quality, quantity, and cost of fossil fuels used by U.S. electric power generating plants for both electric power generation and, in the case of a combined heat and power plant, useful thermal output. These plants are comprised of regulated utility power plants and independent power producers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
