Global drug facts and figures 2017 part four

The World Drug Report 2017 was published by the United Nation's Office on Drugs and Crime in June 2017. The WDR is an annual document, giving the most important information on the developments in the global drug market. It tries to explain the factors that drive the international drug market. Drug production, drug markets and drug use patterns, and counternarcotic interventions are some of the main topics. The World Drug Report 2017 was published in a new five part series to celebrate 20 years since its inception. This is the fourth part of the report, presenting information on amphetamine-type stimulants, new psychoactive substances, and other synthetic drugs.
