84% of U.S. onliners recommend brands and companies in social media. Social media advocacy is frequently perceived as the more credible and efficient alternative to influencer marketing. But what triggers brand advocacy online? Results from the Global Consumer Survey show that brand and product still reign supreme, but great customer service holds a strong third place. In fact, the most valuable target groups tend to value service experiences especially high.
