Space Transportation in the USA

This 2011 report reviews the developments and concepts that defined U.S. commercial space transportation in 2010. It showcases current and planned U.S. commercial space activities and highlights developments in 2010. It also examines expendable launch vehicles, reusable launch vehicles, re-entry vehicles and in-space technologies, enabling technologies for propulsion and other vehicle components, the evolving array of U.S. spaceports, current space prizes and competitions, and new developments in commercial human spaceflight training.
