E-commerce in Poland 2019

E-commerce w Polsce 2019 is an annual research report providing statistics on the e-commerce market in Poland in 2019. The purpose of the study, the results of which are presented in the “E-commerce w Polsce 2019” report, was to learn about the attitudes, habits and motivation behind online shopping. The report provides information on attitudes towards online shopping, awareness of e-commerce brands, motivation behind the selection of e-stores, products purchased and spending on each category of purchase, sources of product information, the ROPO effect, preferred online payment methods and the use of mobile devices. The report was prepared by Gemius in cooperation with the Chamber of Digital Economy.
