Return on investment of U.S. business travel 2009

This study summarizes survey results about the U.S. business travel market. For the survey 300 business executives were interviewed covering topics such as types of overnight business travel taken by employees at firm, future spending on employee business travel, impact of business travel spending on gross revenue and estimated return on money spent on business travel related activities.
