The recentlsy conducted survey research among 1,000 online Americans, age 18+, investigated their use, knowledge, attitudes, and interest regarding cloud-based solutions. The paper offers a birds-eye view of the current digital cloudscape from the American consumer’s perspective. Along the way it offers a little guidance on how you can best communicate cloud-based benefits to consumers. “Cloud computing” is when your digital files, data, software or services are stored over the internet (or “in the cloud”), and you access them where and when you need them.
