Air traveler technology trends 2020

This study contains the findings of a survey that took place in the first quarter of 2020 and presents the key answers of over 6,800 respondents from 27 countries all over the world. The criteria based on the online survey took place was that the respondents must have travelled through a large or regional airport at least once in the last three months. The number of respondents by country corresponds to the passenger traffic for each country, based on data from the Airports Council International (ACI). Altogether, the number of respondents is relative to three quarters of the passenger traffic worldwide.
