Ranking of the most valuable tobacco brands worldwide 2023

In 2023, Marlboro was by far the most valuable tobacco brand in the world, with a brand value of more than 34.7 billion U.S. dollars. L&M, which ranked third, had a brand value of just over 6.3 billion U.S. dollars that year.

Smokers in the U.S

In 2021, prevalence of smoking in the United States was at its highest among non-Hispanic adults of races other than White or Black. Smoking has, however, become less common in the United States over the past few decades: between 2000 and 2018, the number of smokers has decreased by almost ten percent.

E-cigarettes
