It is predicted that this number will increase by 17 percent by 2029. Electric scooters, while a relatively newer addition to the shared mobility landscape in Polish cities since 2018, are expected to witness the most significant surge in user numbers. Carsharing, with its self-service rental systems accessed through smartphones, has been the top revenue-generating system. Traficar, the major player in the carsharing market, offered the largest number of cars for rental. In 2023, more than 598 thousand Poles used a carsharing service. However, this figure is expected to increase by almost 17 percent by 2029.
