Over the period from the first quarter of 2014 to the third quarter of 2023, the estimation of demand for inbound tourism in Russia was primarily negative. From July to September 2023, the difference between negative and positive forecasts of tourist organizations stood at nine percent. The only positive figures occurred in the second and third quarters of 2017 and 2018.
