In July 2023, photo editor app Remini - AI Photo Enhancer generated over 4.5 million downloads among users in the United States across the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Launched in 2019, the app uses AI to enhance or improve old or pixelated photographs. Photo and video editor Canva ranked second, with 942 thousand downloads in the U.S. during the examined period, while the Florida-based Picsart ranked third with 810 thousand downloads.
