A survey from early 2023 indicated that over one in two consumers wished for personalized product recommendations online in Portugal, coming first in a ranking of 17 countries. U.S. shoppers followed closely with 49 percent of preferences. Product recommendations shown online were appreciated by 48 percent of consumers in Ireland, whereas Finnish consumers liked them the least (34 percent).
