UK outbound business travel spending 2000-2023

Residents in the United Kingdom who traveled abroad for business purposes in 2023 spent a total of 6.5 billion British pounds during their travels. This represented a return to spending levels from before the coronavirus pandemic, which began in 2020. Spending by UK residents on business trips abroad peaked in 2015, with over seven billion British pounds spent.
