Sales volume of Ashok Leyland vehicles FY 2012-2023

At the end of fiscal year 2023, Ashok Leyland sold over 192 thousand vehicles. It was a significant increase in comparison with the previous year. In 2020 and 2021, the company saw huge decease. One of the reasons for the dip in sales volume was the lockdowns imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ashok Leyland is the flagship company of the Hinduja Group, an Indian conglomerate based in Mumbai that deals with a range of activities including trade, motor vehicles, banking, health care and foundries.
