COVID-19: activity at transit stations amid coronavirus pandemic

On March 31, 2021, activities at transit stations in Italy were down 40 percent compared with the 'usual activity' during the five weeks between January 3 and February 6, 2020. The reduction in mobility in most places likely comes as a result of measures taken to curtail the COVID-19 pandemic.
