Importance of digitalization in the business operations of SMEs in Finland 2019
As of 2019, roughly half of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Finland estimated that digitalization will change their business operations to some extent. At the same time, around 25 percent of the surveyed SMEs said that digitalization will have a significant impact on their business operations. However, almost as many companies did not expect major changes due to digital transformation.
