Reasons for choosing bike taxis over bike ride-hailing services among Vietnamese 2021
According to a survey conducted by Q&Me in May 2021, around 48 percent of the respondents stated that the reason they chose traditional bike taxis over bike ride-hailing services because these taxis were easy to catch. Meanwhile, four percent of them used bike taxis because they did not know how to use bike ride-hailing apps.
