Expert opinion on future use of digital spaces for public good 2021
A global online survey conducted in August 2021 asked experts their predictions of whether digital spaces and people’s use of them will change in ways that significantly served the public good. Overall, 61 percent of respondents stated that, by 2035, digital spaces and people's uses of them will have changed significantly in such a way that served the public in a positive manner. However, 39 percent of respondents expected people's uses will not have changed in ways that served the public well.
