Facebook: celebratory activism-related conversation trends 2020-2021
Between July and September 2021, conversations about Asian pride on Facebook grew by 154 percent when compared to the same period in the previous year. Additionally, the topic of National Hispanic Heritage Month saw a growth of 131 percent, and Gay pride conversations increased by 112 percent. Topics surrounding the Bisexual pride flag also increased by 95 percent on the previous year.
