Channels of e-commerce used South Korea 2022
Rakuten Insight on online shopping behavior among South Koreans as of June 2022, a large majority of 88.5 percent of respondents answered that they used online marketplaces, such as Amazon or Coupang for online purchases during the last three months. Directly purchasing items on a retailer or brand website came in second with a respondents' share of around 29 percent.
According to a survey conducted by
