Royal Mail: total CO2 emissions FY 2016-2022
In the 2021-22 financial year, Royal Mail's carbon footprint was approximately 1.2 million metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2), twice as much as the previous year. This growth is due to the company's increase of its Scope 3 emissions reporting for the 2021-22 financial year to cover 100 percent of greenhouse gas emissions across all value chain categories.
