Preferred delivery times for D2C purchases in the U.S. 2022
According to a 2022 survey, almost half of surveyed shoppers in the United States were willing to wait three to five days for the delivery of direct-to-consumer (D2C) purchases. Furthermore, over 20 percent of respondents could wait six to eight days. Only five percent of shoppers expected their orders made directly on brands' stores to arrive the next day, and 16 percent were willing to wait up to two days.
