Metaverse: Importance of various factors for shoppers in the U.S. 2022
When asked to evaluate the importance of various factors related to shopping in the metaverse, 52 percent of metaverse shoppers in the United States said that being able to understand or interpret the language being used to describe products in the metaverse is very important to them. Furthermore, half of the surveyed respondents stated that being offered the same or better benefits, perks or rewards as everyone else was also very important.
