U.S. user opinions on the social media content moderation policies 2022, by gender
According to a May 2022 survey of users in the United States, four in 10 women wanted to see stricter content moderation policies on social media platforms. Moreover, around 30 percent of men thought social media platforms should have a looser approach to content moderation, while only 17 percent of women reported having the same opinion.
