In the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany, a majority were of the opinion that their respective country would be better off in the future if they are open to changes in their way of life and traditions in 2020. This was the case among more than two thirds of the respondents in the UK, compared to around 60 percent in the U.S. and Germany. In France, just above half of the respondents had this opinion in 2020.
