Leading issues experience by QSR guests Australia 2023
In a survey conducted in 2023 among consumers of goods and services in Australia, the leading issues experienced by quick service restaurant customers were lack of staff or poorly trained staff at the venue or being served or delivered incorrect orders. Furthermore, around 29 percent of those surveyed reported issues with quality of food at the restaurant.
