Main factors influencing decision to purchase mobile phones Indonesia 2023
According to a 2023 survey conducted in Indonesia, around 66 percent of respondents claimed that a service guarantee was the most important factor in purchasing a mobile phone device. Furthermore, a replacement warranty and gadget bonuses were also among the leading considerations as reported by 63 percent and 59 percent of respondents, respectively.
