Breakdown of security incidents handled by CERT-In India 2022
In the year 2022, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) handled over 1.3 million security incidents reported across India. Attacks on vulnerable services were the most commonly dealt with incident, followed by unauthorized network scanning attempts. That year was one of the most challenging for India in terms of the frequency of cyber attacks.
