AT&T wireless customers: postpaid churn rate 2007-2022
The U.S. telecommunications operator AT&T reported a postpaid wireless churn rate of 0.97 percent in 2022, an increase on the rate of 0.94 percent reported the previous year. The churn rate for wireless postpaid phone customers only was 0.81 percent.
