Number of nights in tourist accommodation in Greece 2013-2022
The number of overnight stays spent at tourist accommodation establishments in Greece rebounded in 2022, following a dramatic decline with the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Despite the sharp annual increase, the aggregated number of domestic and inbound overnight stays remained below the peak reported in 2019, reaching nearly 133 million in 2022.
