Effects of new technologies in boarding on traveler confidence 2020
In 2020, 43 percent of respondents globally expressed that the introduction of thermal scanning technology in boarding would significantly improve their confidence. In addition, 37 percent of respondents believed the introduction of mobile booking verification in boarding would as well greatly improve their confidence during this process.
