Reasons and barriers to attend a live shopping session in Spain 2023
According to a 2023 survey conducted in Spain, the leading motivation for attending a live shopping session was the assurance of liking the purchased items, as reported by approximately six out of ten respondents. Additionally, nearly half of the surveyed individuals expressed a motivation to stay up-to-date on trends. However, Spanish consumers also highlighted several barriers to using this service. Half of the respondents indicated their reluctance to shop on social networks, with a similar percentage expressing distrust towards products sponsored by influencers.
