Tourism establishments in Mexico 2010-2020
Between 2010 and 2019, the number of tourism establishments in Mexico grew by more than 90 percent to more than 118 thousand. This figure remained stagnant in 2020. In the past decade, the highest annual increases in the amount of businesses operating in this Mexican sector were recorded in 2014 and 2015, with 22.3 and 26.2 percent, respectively.
