A survey on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis among Brazilian startups revealed that 83 percent of startup executives in the sector of human resources, also known as HRTech, expected a decrease in revenue due to the outbreak. Among startups involved in education activities, half of the founders or managers surveyed foresaw a reduction in the number of clients as a result of the pandemic. Among the segments shown in this graph, startup executives in the retail sector were the most optimistic about the impact of the COVID-19 on their startups' performance.
