Mexico: share of foodservice business 2018, by type
In 2018, food and beverage establishments operating in fixed locations represented three quarters of the foodservice businesses in Mexico. In addition, foodservice providers serving clients at home establishments accounted for roughly 15 percent of the country's foodservice market. That year, the Mexican foodservice industry generated roughly 480 billion Mexican pesos in revenue.
