Food service GDP in Mexico 2010-2022
In 2022, the food service industry contributed more than 1,160 billion Mexican pesos to the country's gross domestic product (GDP). This represents an increase of approximately 25 percent of the industry's GDP value recorded a year earlier. In late 2021, Mexico had nearly 675 thousand foodservice establishments.
