Expected features of loyalty programs in the U.S. 2022, by sector
According to an April 2022 survey conducted among consumers in the United States, the chance to win large prizes appeared as the most desired feature in a loyalty or reward program in the travel, credit card, retail, and everyday products industries. Nearly 20 percent of consumers would like to see cryptocurrency rewards in credit cards loyalty programs, while 22 percent of respondents would appreciate VIP tiers in retail loyalty programs.
