Total value of aluminum imports in Africa 2017-2020
Africa imported around four billion U.S. dollars in aluminum and articles thereof as of 2020. Egypt and Morocco were the main importers of these products on the continent. Compared to the previous years reviewed, the value of aluminum imported into Africa decreased. Moreover, in 2018, a peak of approximately 4.8 billion U.S. dollars was reached.
