Share of karaoke visits by high schoolers in Japan 2021, by constellation and gender
According to a survey conducted in December 2021, the karaoke visits for 87 percent of high school girls and 82 percent of high school boys were with their friends. This was the most common constellation of karaoke visits, followed by karaoke sessions with classmates.
