Time spent using media and technology by user type per day in the U.S. 2022, by media
Consumers in the United States spend a lot of time using media and technology on a daily basis. However, is there a difference between types of users? One group of users known as 'super users' spend almost twice as much time consuming media as other users. For example, super users viewed on average 7 hours and 1 minute of video a day, compared to 4 hours and 47 minutes among regular users. Super users who are also gamers spent 4 hours and a minute gaming compared to 1 hour 9 minutes on average compared to regular users.
