Gen Z's sources of information about movies and TV shows for in the U.S. 2022
Generation Z, or Zoomers, are the first generation to have grown up interacting with a screen. It is perhaps of little surprise that the main source of information about upcoming movies and TV shows for Gen Zers in the United States is advertisements on social media according to 77 percent of respondents to a survey. This is closely followed by ads while watching TV, movies, and videos at 74 percent, while social media posts were mentioned by 72 percent of respondents.
