Areas of AI & ML usage in U.S. companies 2022
A survey carried out in July 2022 in the United States found that 63 percent of marketing professionals were using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools in their marketing programs for e-mail marketing purposes. Another 58 percent said that they used the same tools for advertising. An additional 33 percent of American marketing professionals stated that AI and ML helped them with copywriting.
