Ease of return influence on purchasing decisions in the UK 2022
Return policies can have a large impact on purchasing decisions, a 2022 study revealed. In the United Kingdom (UK), almost half of the surveyed shoppers believed that an easy return process is a very important factor when deciding to buy items online. Nearly one in four shoppers believed that easy returns are somewhat important as a purchase driver. Only five percent of customers said it was not important at all.
