Released in November 2022, ChatGPT is a chatbot created by OpenAI. It can write poems and songs, mimic the style of authors and celebrities, and debug code, to name just a few of its functions. As of January 2023, most people in Germany, 55 percent, had not heard of ChatGPT. Nine percent of respondents stated that they had already tried it.
