Android was the leading tablet operating system (OS) in Germany in the first quarter of 2024, with a market share of around 60 percent. Apples' iOS was once the dominant tablet operating system, having been installed on over three quarters of tablets in Germany in 2013, though saw its market share shrink over the past decade.
