In 2023, Falabella was the fashion, footwear, and accessories company with the best reputation in Chile, reaching an index score of over 7,300 points. The department store, Ripley, followed in the Chilean corporate reputation index that same year, with almost 6,900 points. Another company worth mentioning is Chile's own sunglasses company from the Patagonia region, Karün, which placed 97th in the index ranking.
